authorizes FRANTECH
International Licensing to represent our interests in the world market. We believe
that FRANTECH International Licensing, being an international private consulting
firm and having been successful in your previous international endeavors,
will be able to provide great services to us, especially in finding
and introducing
investors to undertake various investment projects in (proper name
of country). Further,
pursuant to this Letter of Appointment, FRANTECH International Licensing, is delegated
on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis, to undertake negotiations with interested parties
for the purpose of securing capital investments for the development
of the economic

To serve
the objectives stated above, FRANTECH International Licensing, is directed to commence,
as of the date set herein and to continue for and until this Letter of
Appointment is withdrawn in writing.
