The travel package plans could be negotiated:

1. Air: round trip from US:

   1. East Coast Economy: $910

   2. West Coast Economy: $700

2. Hotel: 

   1. 5 star: $125/night with breakfast/taxes ( this is 50% off )

   2. Stay in private villa suite - apartment resort; double size compare to 5 star hotel, with Internet access / computer -- same price!! $125/night at 50% off.

   3. If stay in 4 star hotel it could be $90-100.

3. Transportation, food, translator and other business services depend on your clients requirement, it could be from $40-100.

4. If flight to Shanghai or other cities ( option ): $100-180 one way.

I need you confirm the trip with how many people, background and expectation, and then we can discuss detail through e-mail and phone, and even meet each other before I back to China -- I may have trip to California and Florida in later Oct.. We better set up special trip for your clients. If they have no mission but want to join some of conference we may be not charge them fee but will be arranged depending on situation over there, or if they want to involve some of projects we may charge certain fee ( $200-300 ), so we need to discuss first.
