FranTech International Licensing, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have signed an comprehensive Global Marketing Agreement with CinemaElectric, Inc. allowing FranTech the authority to market worldwide licensing rights of CinemaElectic's innovative unique form of Downloadable Digital Cinema called PocketCinema™.

CinemaElectric is currently focusing its efforts centered around the distribution of PocketCinema™, a downloadable digital motion picture to be played on mobile phones, handheld computers, desktop computers, and future movie-playing personal electronics.  PocketCinema™ is a high-energy information-rich short movie and is currently premiering the following four mobile content channels:  Movie Messages (multimedia messaging), Electric Catwalk (style and fashion), Action! (sports), and PocketGirls (international beauties).  CinemaElectric produces a complete line of PocketCinema™ formats per channel, that will fit all current and future mobile multimedia formats, including MPEG-4 video, I-Mode, MMS (multimedia messaging service content), and mobile screensavers.

CinemaElectric has perfected the digital "film-factory" process to create both high-bandwidth and low-bandwidth content for wireless delivery.  Wireless multimedia offers a revenu-generating environment previously unavilable on the wired Internet.  This model is already in existence in the USA, Europe, and Asia.  The company expects to have a global distribution network of more than twenty wireless operators by Summer 2003, reaching a customer base of more than 100 million subscribers.  Currently CinemaElectric's PocketCinema™ is commercially distributed in the USA, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Croatia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea.
