FranTech International Licensing, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have signed an exclusive Global Marketing Agreement with Laniprin Life Sciences allowing FranTech the authority to market worldwide licensing rights of Laniprin's innovative patented products.

Laniprin Life Sciences, Inc., In the business of developing and marketing pharmaceutical products, primarily over the counter (OTC) products, announced that it entered an exclusive Global Marketing Agreement with FranTech International Licensing, Inc., a worldwide financing, licensing, franchising, and technology transfer company of US technologies to emerging economies globally. This agreement empowers FranTech to market worldwide licensing rights of Laniprin's products.

Laniprin, is currently focusing it's efforts centered around the distribution of high quality pantented controlled-release analgesic products to achieve significant sales through distribution and sub-license agreements, especially in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Excellent progress in effecting Laniprin's product line is currently underway.

Laniprin is singularly focused in the introduction of its first proprietary products:

         1.  Laniprin Patented Transdermal Analgesic Mask and Wrap (Mask and Wrap)

 

         2.  Long Acting, Controlled Release, Low Dosage, Aspirin (Aspirin Product)

 

         3.  Great Results Mouth Wash (Mouth Wash)
