(FranTech), of Ventura, California, which grants FranTech the right to market Dragonfly's luxurious 747 aircraft accommodations and elite club membership through FranTech's network of agents in 220 countries to governments airports around the world.  

The company explained that the Dragonfly's air club features are uniquely suited to meet the needs of most countries. The 747 include's a rejuvenation spa, gymnasium, nightclub / casino, salons, fashion shows and the world's first military early warning and countermeasure system aboard a private aircraft along with Airport Casino's licenses.
