Las Vegas, Nevada. November 1, 2005 – NanoSignal Corp, an OTC PINK SHEET Fully Reporting Company (NNOS), announced today that it has entered into an International licensing & franchising agreement with FranTech International Licensing Corporation of Ventura, California.   

Under the agreement FranTech will promote and licenses & franchises in 220 countries.  The Licensees & Franchises will have the right to market NanoSignal Corporation products including its SlicesTM technology. 

"This represents the next step in the global development of the company," said NanoSignal President, Kelly O Slade.  FranTech is teh leader in international licesning & franchising opportunities worldwide, said Mr. Slade.
