Our New Earths Process Licenses:
The environment friendly process uses no hazardous or toxic chemicals, it
involves the blending of the Biosolids with the patented core products. The
resulting exothermic reaction produces immediate temperatures in excess of 70' Celsius,
which are held for a minimum period of 30 minutes, eliminating the pathogens and
harmful bacteria associated with Biosolids.
100% of the Biosolids are converted into a final product with no waste
by-products or toxic elements.
In this age of high technology, this is one of the most effective Bio Waste
treatment systems available today in Biosolids waste management and waste
processing technology plants in the world.
Unlike traditional lime stabilization based processes, this technology is true
pasteurization process for waste recycling. The final product which is in a dry
gray granular form, can be fully utilized as it is a nutritious, alkaline
organic material, ideal for soil conditioning and agronomic filling.
